Our friends at Unblended have sourced this coffee as part of their Young Producer Program. The program focuses on training young coffee producers in the region, where fewer young people are learning to grow coffee. The project aims to help each coffee producer in the program develop their own unique coffee project, build their brand internationally, and boost their company’s profitability by creating distinctive products.
This fruit-forward community experimental lot mainly blends naturally processed and extended fermentation coffees from the Young Producers, with Sebastian Ramirez Red Fruits added to maintain consistency in the cup.
We nerd out when we get new coffee in. We work closely with our green importers and coffee producers to not only ensure our coffee’s freshness and quality, but to make sure it’s responsibly sourced.
